Pedro Esparra
Pedro Esparra is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of combined experience in public accounting, financial management, and banking operations. His career bridges leadership roles in audit, compliance, special assets management and loan servicing within both multinational accounting firms and major financial institutions.
Before joining the firm, Pedro held multiple leadership roles in the banking industry. As Director of Collections, Loss Mitigation & Legal, he led high-performing teams and ensured regulatory compliance with agencies such as HUD, USDA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. He later served as Director of Credit Servicing, leading customer service for all retail products, loan boarding, insurance and taxes for mortgages and commercial loans, and escrow operations for mortgages, while implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions including Director of Special Assets and Mortgage Default Management, where he managed commercial and mortgage portfolios, recovery strategies, and post-disaster recovery programs. Prior to his corporate roles, Pedro spent nearly a decade in a Big 4 Firm, where he advanced to Audit Senior Manager and led full-scope financial statement audits for clients across diverse industries.
Pedro is recognized for his multidisciplinary expertise, strategic leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. In addition to his professional practice, he serves as a part-time professor for the online division of a well-known university, sharing his knowledge of law and ethics.
